converting HDRI video to Flash

I'm just wondering what the results would be, filesize/quality, if perhaps the following 2 videos were converted from video to flash.

You could dig about on the On2 site for examples and data rates -
maybe start at http://www.on2.com/video_samples/flix-video-samples
