Looking for flash training in Los Angeles

Could anyone recommend a good place to learn more about flash in a classroom setting or tutorial based book / dvd. I've been working with flash for more than a year now and have a pretty good grip on the program and actionscripting. I'm currently in the los angeles area.

Rob, my nam is Charles and I just signed up for the spring semester at Los Angeles City College for a flash class. Starts somewhere around Feb or Feb6th They offer a beginners flash class and the price per class at LACC is a fraction of what you'd pay for that type of training anywhere else in the city. Trust me on that..I've checked. I hope you decide to sign up because when I tried to sign up for this class in the winter there wasnt enough interest so they didnt hold the class. E-mail me direct because I dont come to this forum often...
P.S.
I have a flash video playing online now... but its playing really choppy..any insight as to why a flash 8 progressive video would play choppy?
