The best software to use is Camtasia. This will record your movements on-screen and will also record narration. It can then be edited and exported in a variety of formats, including Flash.

Lee,

Not to take this topic off the original poster's purpose but...

Have you tried Macromedia Captivate? I have been using it for about a year off and on and it's okay but after looking at the tutorials on your website I'm amazed at the clarity and smoothness. Were the gotoAndLearn.com tutorials done using Camtasia, or mostly Flash? If "recorded" in Camtasia and then edited in Flash then how much editing does it require?

Thanks,

mark
