DVD-ROM features for computer use of DVD

I have built a Flash Projector .exe file for DVD-ROM content on a DVD for when users place the DVD into their computers vs. set-top players.
I have an AutoRun.inf for executing the FLash Presentation.
Q. Is there anyway for Flash to launch windows media player (or any dvd player application) for viewing of the original DVD-Video content?
Right now, we kind of have to give step by step instructions to stupify the process in order for average consumers to know how to open the DVD-Video portion. Autoplay only launches the Flash .exe....thanks.

I've looked into this too. Basically, because everyone doesn't have the same set up as you, ie my DVD drive isn't D: and because not everyone has the same default payer, you have to have a separate .exe which can check to run the default player on the default drive.
I've ended up not using one, but I know that Open source programs like AutoIT can do this in very easy language. If you want, I can probably put you in touch with my 'AutoIT tutor' who could either write it for you or talk you through it.
Of course, running a program out of Flash you'll get a dialogue box asking for permission to run it.
