Detection loading behind the scenes???
by Greg Ekborg on Sep 30, 2005 at 2:20:09 am

understandingly, there are many ways to get a flash player detection put into the html page hosting the swf, and from what I have heard there is suppost to be a new detection script that will detect then if not detected, flash 8 player will automatically download and install behind the scenes so the user doesn't have to do anything but hit a YES button. and the swf begins to play. Is this true and/or even possible? And if so, is there script somewhere for that?

The second part of this question is; will flash detection work correctly if the embedded swf tag is in a table tag?

Thank you in advance.
