the best flash tutorial/training book

Hi,
I am a guy who specializes in video editing and motion graphics and have come to the point where i need to incorporate Flash animations into the company website.
I have a very beginner understanding of the application and truthfully, have trouble using it.
My question is what is the best tutorial book out there? I need a title that has cd tutorials that will step by step help me get to a point where i am comfortable with desiging a basic interactive interface with Flash MX 2004.

You know there is a real lack of good training material for building your first Flash site. There are lots of tutorials on this feature or that feature, but nothing that lays the foundations. We should see a whole slew of new books soon for Flash 8 so hopefully things will get better.
