Compressing/converting video into Flash

Can anyone tell me how people are able to compress video so cleanly into Flash. What do people use to convert Flash into a flash video.

The best tool for encoding Flash video is Sorenson Squeeze. No other tool can come close to the quality that it can produce. Its also a great tool for encoding to other formats as well.
