I am editing in Adobe Premiere exporting from there to quicktime, but I dont know what settings are best. Then I want to bring it into Flash with the clearest video I can without it taking long to download into some ones computer. I am trying to build a video web site for some one in Flash. Can you tell me the best way for this. Thank you.

Well I would encode to QT at the highest possible settings and then use a program like Sorenson Squeeze to encode your FLV files. But you should import into Flash at the highest possible settings.
