tabs are gone

tabs are gone

like a noob i am i clicked a button and messed everything up lol.
What i did was i went to windows tab and pushed a button ( i think it was user surface 1) and now all the tabs except file are gone. i don't know how to get them back.

click on the icon in the upper left corner (that's lit) under the word file, in the menu that pops up change the bottom choice from User Menu 1 to Cinema 4D Menu
