Missing Textures / Low Memory: video.avi or video.mov

Dear Sir's,

I have a problem when using net render im facing the following error
Missing Textures / Low Memory: video.mov
or
Missing Textures / Low Memory: video.avi

im using a windows 2008 server
i have installed.
Cinema 4d r11
QuickTime 7.6
adobe flash player

and still nothing has changed

can anyone please help on the following issue its extremly urgent

Did you do a "save project as" and then upload the project folder to the NET server? If so that should eliminate missing texture problems.

The file is a .mov or .avi I tried both
The file is used as a texture movie
when ever I try to render using net render I receive the following error massage

Missing Textures / Low Memory: video.mov
or
Missing Textures / Low Memory: video.avi

I even tried rendering it in Cinema 4D on the same server it didn't work

the video file is readable using QuickTime

Hmm, that shouldn't be a problem. Are you sure you have QT installed on all the clients? Same version? Same Cinema client version? If so the only thing I can think to suggest would be converting the movie file to a bitmap sequence and give that a try.

My Dear Friends

Of course im saving the project in the "Save Project As"
my issue is when ever i try to render on the following machine:
Texture Error / video.mov

and when i try to render using Net Render i get the following message:
Missing Textures / Low Memory: video.mov

well the file is working when running it in QuickTime

the machine has 2 Quad Core CPU's
8GB of Ram
6TB of HardDrive
