There is the vibrate tag. Under Cinema 4D Tags. Probably what you want, very similar to wiggle.

Or if you have MoGraph, use the mograph text object and apply a random effector with the random mode set to noise or turbulence.

It's a Cinema module.

this works great except for the fact that when ever you turn on any spot the object changes. like when you click position box so you can vibrate the position it moves from the original spot. same with the scale. when you click on it it changes sizes before i even change any dimentions. . . . .

Yes, but just like wiggle, you can animate it, so you could start it not changing the position and then animate the amount.

Except it's easier to animate than wiggle...no expressions or sliders are necessary.

Did the vibrate tag work for you??

Render settings> Save > Alpha Channel

Make sure it is checked.

Right, but if you take it into After Effects, the alpha should be present allowing you to drop a background in.

I'm not a final cut guy. If it supports alpha it should, but I do all my compositing in After Effects. If you're on Mac and don't have AE, you could use Motion.
