Cinema 4D plugin issue- NextLimit plugins won't load

Hey everyone,
I'm having a problem loading plugins into Cinema 4D (10.5). I have the NextLimit plugin installed in the Maxon/CINEMA 4D R10/plugins/ directory. Until this morning, I would see the plugin just fine under the plugin menu in C4D. However, after restarting my system this morning, the plugin is no longer showing up.
I also added another plugin (SplineNoiseDeformer 1.0) which also isn't showing.
I'm sure I have the correct version and have it installed in the right place - would anyone have an idea why this might be happening?
