3d Moving Object Tracker to use with C4D

Hi Guys,
For 3d camera solving Boujou seems to be the best way to 3d composite when using C4d.
My question is: What application is best when tracking a moving 3d object with a moving camera. I need to composite an object onto a persons face walking through a hand held shot. Think Terminator and his red robot face and eye being tracked onto his moving face.
I need to be able to create the 3D objects and render through C4D. Boujou is the best I've seen for doing camera solves (creating you a C4d scene) so how about for moving objects?
