Hi there i have a cloner object inside of a metaball, and to have smooth edges i put an hypernurb, but now that i'm gonna render cinema say's that i'm out of memory, how can i optimize my scene?

Metaballs create a lot of polygons and when you put them inside a HN you are at least quadrupling the number of polygons, and probably more than that depending on your settings.

Instead of using a HN, decrease the Render Subdivision setting in the metaball object. Also keep in mind that by default the editor subdivision setting is much lower than the render setting, so unless you adjust that you won't see how smooth it really is until you render.
