Using R11 / OSX 10.4.11

In the Timeline select the Summary-folder / that should select all keyframes...
and a yellow-bar on top of the Timeline-window...
Move the handles (Left and Right) to your desired position...
all keyframes will move relatively...

Cheers
Nolan

Using R11 / OSX 10.4.11 / Wacom Intuos 2

Well, I don’t press any modifier-keys at all...
when you mouse-over the edges (slightly more yellow) - (left and right)...
you should see a yellow square... press and drag...
(otherwise you should see a yellow double-arrow)

Cheers
Nolan
