Anyone...I am looking for a shader that will look really good on a floor. I want it to ripple slightly and have some reflective capabilities as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

A good place to start is with the built-in water shader in the bump channel. It provides for animation, wave period, etc. Then add a little reflection, color, transparency, etc. to taste.
