HELP: Cinema 4D Mac OS X Font Bug and Crash

Hi every one.

I need some help with this matter. I use Cinema 4D on a MacBook Pro OS X Leopard 10.5, every time i click on the font button Cinema 4D crash!!!!!!! I search all over the web and i still did't found a solution.
I hope i will get the help i need here.

That happened to me when I has too many fonts installed in my font book. I have around 100 now and it works fine.

Ok, i'm going to remove some of my font i just check it out and i have 700 fonts i will get back to you if still not working

something to look at is Linotype Font Explorer. It a font management tool that's free (they have a store included that you never have to use - no ads either). You can get it from macupdate.com.
I have 3000+ fonts with 600+ active at the moment but never any crashes like that.

You leave your system fonts where they are, don't use Font Book and let Font Explorer manage your fonts. If you install a font with Font Explorer it doesn't put it in the Fonts folder (which I think is the secret - only your system fonts are in the Fonts folder) but tells the system where the fonts are. Like Suitcase or Master Juggler Pro do (or did) only free.

Indeed, first i fallowed Randy advice but i deleted some of the system font which cause me some problems on certain website and forum.
