Joining objects for gravity
by Eugene Joe on Sep 5, 2008 at 9:46:35 pm

I've been stuck trying to figure this out myself this whole day. What I'm trying to do is to join ingredients of a hamburger together so that they fall due to gravity together. The ingredients have all been modeled separately and have been just stacked ontop without joining them into one object. I want to know if there is a way to join them together without having to retexture everything?

Thank You

if they are all poly objects (and not Primatives) you can select them all and do a Functions/Connect

that would mess up the textures that were already applied to it.

Why? When you do that it keeps the original textures and uses Selection tags to place them on the correct parts. Unless you have something really fancy going on.
