Video for an Iphone application. Anyone had success?

I just got a phone call from someone that is looking for help converting video for an Iphone application.
Has anyone locally had experience with this?

Violence may not be the answer but it sure cuts down on the questions.

If you want easy (and free), try Video Monkey:

http://videomonkey.org/Video_Monkey/About.html

Right now, it's limited to Apple devices (including the iPhone) and only h.264, but you can do 2-pass encoding, and after all, it's FREE!

Compressor and most compression apps can do this. I started when the first video iPod appeared, and have been doing it since. H264 makes great video for the iPod/iPhone... had a great many samples on there at one time.
