logic Pro work over a network?

I mange computer labs and Im wondering if LogicPro will work on a network account? ProTools will not let you and we are thinking of switching to Logic if it can work over a network. Please let me know.

Wade,

You didnt specify what version of Logic you are using. But in Logic 8 you can share Logic Pro Data over a shared network.

Key commands, Channel strip settings and Plug-in settings can be shared via Bonjour or over the internet using a .mac account.

If you are talking about project files and and actual tracks I think that may be more of a problem depending on if your on a wireless or hard wired in or the best would be some sort of shared storage like a facilis connected by fiber.

Hope this helps and keep me posted on your out come.

Charlie
