Logic as an instrument

I am a guitarist, and I was just wondering if anyone had experience with Logic in a live setting? I was hoping to be able to play through my computer with very little latency (I know this is probably a hardware issue partially) but does anyone have experience with playing directly through Logic with an instrument? Thanks so much guys!

Logic would work in a live setting but there is an additional program that comes with Logic studio called Main Stage that is made specifically for that.
