Newbie Recording Question

Hi,

I am running Logic Pro 7 on a dual 2.5 G5. I have Ultrabeat set up in a Instrument Track with a rhythm I like and want to record it to that track. How do I do this without having to play the beat with my Midi keyboard. Ultrabeat is already playing it and I could never play it that way, and having to build it piece by piece while recording with my Midi keyboard will take forever. I am sure there is a way to get what I created in Ultrabeat recorded into the track.....right?

I can hear Ultrabeat playback but want to record it to the track, then being able to loop it contimuously and stop it, or change the beat, when and where I want to.
