I have, so far, 5 clips imported into Avid that I am getting a "decompression" error. All are 1920/1080i 59.94. 1 is recorded at 35Mbs into a QT wrapper, and 4 are 100Mbs in MXF wrappers. I have AMA linked and consolidated to get them into Avid MC 6.0.1. I can not transcode them, nor use Squeeze to transcode. Compressor on a machine with FCP installed can read the file and export out a QT which will work with a "hit" at the point where I was getting the error; but it plays. When doing an import into the Avid I get audio but video is black.

Any thought on this?

PS-There is no commonality as to CF cards or the same Nano Flash device to the clips.

My suggestion would be talk with Dan Keaton or Tommy Schell at Convergent. They can help you.
