HD Connect SI genlock

Working well with Media 100 HD system & Sony HVR-M15E, except the image is offset to the left & I'm seeing a bit of the next frame. This offset increases when batch capturing? I've tried both internal Genlock & genlocking the deck/Media 100.
Any ideas please.
G5 dual 2.7, OS10.4.10, 4G RAM
Media100 HD V11.6 & Producer, AE 7
3.6 terra RAID

Hello,
What version of HD-Connect SI firmware are you using? The latest is version 1.1.7 or beta 1.1.8. To update to the latest firmware, goto our website, the HD-Connect SI page, and download the Mac control application. Connect your SI to your computer via 1394 to do the update.
Let me know what version you have and if an update fixes the issues.
