Avid Express Pro 4.x -5.7.2 & SD Connect

Hello: I am running a Mac Dual G5 Avid Xpress system. I recently purchased an SD Connect. I have used Avid Xpress versions from 4.3 through 5.7.2 with SD Connect. I love it, but I am getting random white spots, usually in the same area of the video. They happen almost every 1-2 min. The spots only appear on the output from the SD Connect. They are not part of the video. I was using the latest software from the SD Connect "Get New" command. I was told to roll back the software to 1.1.214. This mostly fixed the issue. The spots are now black and less frequent. Frequent = 1 black spot every 5-10min. I can live with this. I was just wondering if this could be looked into in future SW upgrades? Again, I really like the product. Thank You.

Hi JK,
We're in the process of updating the firmware at the moment. I'll make sure some testing gets done to look for the blocks in Xpress Pro. We are aware of the issue (oddly, it only affects Xpress Pro).
I'll post when a new firmware version is available.
