Great Service From Convergent Design Agent.

Here in the UK I thought I had a problem with my HD-Connect LE since I was unable to acquire media into Media 100 HD. My re seller, Symbiosis in Leamington Spa (two hours from London) straight away couriered a new box down to me in case the problem was with the box. Actually the problem lay within menu settings on the HDV M10 deck but nevertheless Symbiosis acted speedily and generously and I want to thank them publicly. From the Schells to their agents there is a good feeling of confidence about Convergent Design and the people involved, it is a great comfort to those of us that have deadlines and productions to be completed.

wow.... you sure seem to be having better luck than many of us who purchased the SD connect which was marketed to have UNcompressed SD over 1394. I bought mine years ago and it still doesn't do what it was marketed to do.
