SD-Connect + PPro 2.0 Uncompressed?

I recently upgraded to Adobe Production Studio. Can SD-Connect uncompressed over Firewire be used with Premiere Pro 2.0?

Mike, could you give us any idea how close uncompressed over Firewire really is? I've been waiting for this feature since I purchased an SD-Connect back in November 2004. At that time you said you were close.
