New unit of SD-Connect

Dear staff, I'm writing about my previous posting "Problem with SD-Connect and Analog capture"; I understood that a new unit of the converter, with a new version of encoder chip, would be sent to me, for testing. From October 26 (your last e-mail) I had no news about this; As I need to solve this problem very quickly, I'd like to know what I have to do; are you really sending me a new unit or is it no more possible?
Please, let me know something in any case.

Hi And-
I apologize for our very slow response. I'll get a message to our distributor and try to make arrangement today to send you a new box. I can not guarantee the new box (with improved video decoder) will fix the problem, but it's certainly worth a try.
