Hi Luc,
We have a beta version 1.1.223. This version includes a "Dub mode" in Standalone that reduces the latency to about 0.5 frames in internal reference mode only. This is for people who do dubs and want the timecode to remain the same. This may also be useful to you.
We still have the configuration issues you're seeing on the list of fixes we need to do. Once the HD-Connect LE is shipping (about 2 weeks) we can dig into this problem.

Thanks for the update, my biggest probs right now is the SD connect loosing sync when my beta is rewinding, just stopped or soon after sarting record( when this happens I get a green screen until it relocks itself), as well as every so often big audio delay(resets by reselecting sdi audio src option and clicking it), Let me know when you guys are ready to dig into these probs so we can be on the same page and get these resolved these don't impress clients sitting in on an edit session, I have had comments none positive.
