Hello!

I'm trying to rig a truck in 3D Max, so I need the back wheels to be combined into one object. I tried the Attach poly and Connect options, but they kind of move the wheels into each other, and I just want them to be only one object, mantaining its positions.

I'm new to 3D Max and Maya, but in Maya there's an option Mesh > Combine, and I want something like that, but I can't find something like this in 3DMax.

How could I do it?

You can physically make them one object by:
utilities > collapse > collapse mesh : single object

Or it may be better to place a null object in the middle of them and then use your SELECT & LINK tool (1st icon on default main toolbar) and connect them both to the null. Then rotate/attach the null.
