Want to learn 3d. Can you suggest good video based training.

I work in after effects, flash, photoshop, etc and have been designing for years. I think it is about time I add 3-d to my arsenal. I am more of a visual learner and was wondering if there was any good video based training you could recommend. Thanks in advance.

Other than what you might find on the cow here, I'm a fan of Lynda.com. They let you try some of the content for free, but the monthly fee is worth it! Their 3ds Max content trainer is a hoot.
