freelance work converting .3ds to .fbx

i need to find someone who can convert .max and .3ds animations to .fbx files so i can use them in Cinema 4D.
for instance, i'd buy something like this: http://www.turbosquid.com/FullPreview/Index.cfm/ID/305334
and i'd need someone to go in, find the galloping animation sequence, and then export that as an .fbx.

if you're interested, let me know about how much you'd charge for a conversion.
