Fs-100 software update

For some reason it wont let me download any of the updates. it asks me to register and i do but i get no confirmation email and when i go to download it again it asks to register which i just did! can anyone help me? maybe just email me the file itself?

John,
If I can assume that you already have version 3 and are trying to upgrade to v.4, I had the same problem. I called Focus Enhancements, (763) 398-1658, and they were great. They emailed the link I needed to make it work. Good luck,
