GRaid3 2TB unmounts periodically

Hi Gene,
Following on the theme, the GRAID 3 that I purchased from Apple on May 5, 2009 has always umounted. Most recently, its been happening every hour. To remount it I need to pull out the firewire cable and plug it back in.
I requested an RMA on Friday and still haven't received one.
Can you comment on the success rate of this RMA procedure that several customers seem to be talking about?

Hi Keith,
It sounds like there may be a problem with the controller board, that can be taken care of easliy when it comes in. You should have your RMA number soon, RMA requests late Friday and on the weekend is usually taken care of on Monday and Tuesday. Let me know if there is a problem receiving your RMA, there has been a change in procedure internally and we are working through it.
