GDQ 35/500 Repair status

On Sept 9th I sent in my GDQ 35/500 for repair due to randomly unmounting from the desktop. My case # is CS369500 .
I have sent status requests via email and telephone but have not heard back. Can you give me an update on the repair?

I located the drive and will put it on the bench today, should have it done in the next day or so.
