Graid mini 2 - repair

Hello
G Raid Mini 2 failed while editing HD video via firewire 800 on a new 09 macbook pro 10.5.8
filled out g-tec online support form and shipped off drive from Sydney
RMA # R197823 and drive arrival was confirmed via email.
As it has now been over 41 days i contacted support via email for an update with no response as yet
i did tick data recovery and understand this takes time, but 41 days?
i would have rather been informed of the time taken/backlog? and decided to lose data and just have a new drive shipped.

Hi Mark,
I'm sorry for the delay in repairing your drive. Your drive has been repaired as of yesterday, and it should ship out today or tomorrow. You should receive your drive next week.

I had the exact same issue with my G-Raid mini. The thing never worked, sent it in, got it back, still didn't work. Called G-Tech and they told me I had to go the the process all over again. Filled out their online support form and they never responded. Sent a few emails and they never responded. I've been completely scammed out of $389.95 plus tax and shipping and time. Thanks G-Tech, you rock.
