All My G-Tech Drives are Crashing!!

I personally own 2 G-Tech 1Tb Q drives. Based on my recommendation my client has bought 4 more of them.
As of today 3 of the six have crashed. 2 of the crashed drives are only two months old and the other is 18 months old.
I sent one of the new ones to be fixed almost a month ago and it still hasn't been returned even though I said that the files did not need to be recovered and was told they would be repaired in 5 days. Was told last week it would be 3 more days even though G-Tech has had the drive for 3 weeks.
Now I have 2 more dying drives drives. These 2 drives are my personal drives. One is my master drive, the other is a backup of that drive. I am trying to copy some of the files that aren't backed up so that I can return both drives and the drives die during the transfer. Disc Utility says the drives cannot be unmounted or repaired. I am trying to make the transfer so that I can at least try to reformat the drives.
I sent for an RMA for the 18 month old drive almost a week ago with no response. Since I asked for the RMA, the new drive has also crashed. I have no more drives to work with or backup. I am growing desparate and when I call G-Tech I get absolutely NO sympathy!
