Three weeks since drive was delivered to gtech/RMA# R194239

I received an RMA number quickly from gtech for my drive that was not mounting, but since than have not had any more contact from them. Next Tuesday will be a month since it was delivered to them. I tried to email them, but no response. Does anyone know the best way to contact these guys about status of warranty repair. Thanks.

Your drive was repaired and shipped on August 6. You should receive your drive early next week.
