I purchased a G-drive more than a year ago, but only used it for about six hours, mainly to digitize samples of my work and have them readily available to show people.
Unfortunately, about a month ago, I wanted to access those samples, and the G-drive simply would not mount.
I found it hard to believe something I had used so little that had not been dropped or damaged wouldn't work. So I tried multiple things - thinking it was user error... booting, turning it off for a while, etc... And nothing worked. I finally reached the conclusion that it was not user error.
Any advice from the experts? I have to think there's a way to get an almost new (in terms of use) drive to work. It worked fine the first time I used it.
Thanks
