G-Drive 500 GB not mounting

I had a G-Drive 500 GB that was working great until just now, I had two other drives mounted to another G-Drive 500 GB and accidentally turned off the host drive before unmounting the other drives. Since then, one drive mounts and runs smoothly, the other one doesn't? Is there something I can try to get it up and running again? Thanks

I have the same problem. I have owned the G-Drive Q for months now and it has been working great. I’ve been using the drive to bring work home (I create training videos for the local hospital). I plugged in the drive today, and it wouldn’t mount. I tried my PowerMac and my MacBookPro as well as my PowerMac at work. I tried both the FireWire 400 and 8000 connections. I'm stumped. It sounds like it's spinning up fine. I hope I didn't loose all my precious work. I have an employee forum in a week and must get my work done.
BTW: All my Macs are running Leopard

I am wondering if this problem has been solved, because I have a similar one:
Upgraded to Leopard on my 12" PowerBook G4, then updated to 10.5.2.
G-Drive Q is now not recognized via FireWire connection.
Restart and PRAM reset did not bring it up.
About This Mac-- More Info shows "unknown device" on the FireWire port.
Disk Utility doesn't recognize the presence of the G-Drive either.
I suppose I could connect via USB, but... is this a known issue with a known fix?
