Un-striping 2 G-RAID's

Hi there,
I have two 500 GB G-RAID's striped into 1 TB to act as one drive (previous editor, yadda yadda).
I have several other 500 GB G-RAID's and I just purchased a G-RAID Pro 2 TB array and want it to be the first one in the chain, since it's obviously the fastest.
The problem is that currently the first 500 GB G-RAID of the above-mentioned striped configuration is connected to my G5's onboard FW 800 port, and the second one is connected to my additional FW 800 PCI card (which was necessary in order for those 2 500 GB's to initially be striped together as one).
So I want to reconfigure that striped pair of G-RAID's so they act individually as separate 500 GB's again. Of course I'll transfer all of the data off of them first, and I'm figuring I'll be able to do this in Disk Utility but I'm not sure how.
Currently what comes up for the striped pair of drives in Disk Utility is:
465.8 GB Medea G-RAID
465.8 GB disk0s3
931.5 GB GRAID STRIPE
GRAID STRIPE
465.8 GB Medea G-RAID
465.8 GB disk2s3
I guess I'm just not sure how to re-format them so as to get rid of the "931.5 GB GRAID STRIPE " and leave the 2 drives as individuals again.
I hope I've been clear and have provided enough details.

I got an answer back on the Apple FCP forum, which said;
"Select one of the g-raids (top or bottom on your list) and go to format it. you'll get a message that you will lose the raid. Say yes. At least that's how it used to work, back when I had an internal raid."
So I'll try that when my array arrives and hope for the best. If I don't post back by the end of this week it can be assumed that the above worked fine.
