bandwidth showreel

Hello,

I've recently uploaded my showreel to creative cow. I followed the guidelines, but when I look at the video (see below), it's playing at a low framerate...
I think I have to replace it with a lower bandwidth version. Does anyone know if I can replace it somewhere on the site, or do I have to upload a new one and delete the old one?

Go to where your video is on the COW site. Be sure you are logged in and you will see a link in red called " Re-Upload Video". Click on it and get the newer version of the video uploaded. Hope this helps.
