I liked your motion graphics, however the music was vary distracting and didn't seem to fit the peace at all in my opinion.
Also I don't think there is any need to put the names of the software you use in it. The people looking to hire you tend not to care what you use, but really only care how it looks.
There are no "technical solutions" to your "artistic problems".
Don't let technology get in the way of your creativity!

I'd agree with that if they're clients needing the end product (you're freelancing to them), if they're a firm or agency looking to hire you full-time they'll most definitely care what sorts of programs you use, not only for the getting up to speed factor but also because of licensing issues and compatibility issues with other artists in the department.
