Feedback of my reel

Here is my reel of my work at Loras College (In Dubuque, Iowa) from the past 2 years. I am a sophmore at Loras and hoping to get an internship with this reel. All work in the reel was shot and edited by me.

As I sit here and wait for the file to load, my first comment is drastically reduce the file size.
I'm going to leave the window open in the background for now, but if you sent me this link in application for a job/internship, i would have moved on to the next applicant long ago without even watching your video.
Either your reel is WAY too long, or you need to figure out a better compression method, and set it up to stream.
(its been about 5 minutes now and your video still isn't playing.)
