Trailer Settings for MySpace, etc.

Hello, I have a question about best way to prep a 60 sec trailer for myspace...
I did it and it looks really bad... see below....

First, I digged my trailer into iMovie and then exported uncompressed Quicktime, but I got the message that it was too big to upload to myspace... then I exported it again using the default setting - Share for Web.
My result suck!
Any input would be extremely helpful.
