Wow. You're kidding right? I seriously doubt anyone is going to:
A. Wait for a 200+Megabyte download.
B. Still have to unzip it.
C. And then burn it to a DVD!

If you really want people to look at your reel, send them a DVD so all they have to do is Pop and Play or better yet--compress it so that it can viewed online. You could have the best Reel in the world, but asking someone to go to all that trouble just to see if you do is asking way too much. Most people are lucky if someone will wait more a minute for their reel to start streaming, then actually watch more than 10 or 20 seconds after it starts.

Just some friendly advice.

mike.

Good day izoneguy,

I've got to agree with promo there. This forum is to view & comment on reels, not download, burn and then watch reels.

I suggest you rethink this approach and please don't think that a client would take the time to do all of these steps when they can either watch a quicktime movie or a dvd demo that someone sent them.

btveditor, out

That was a demo I did for Pamasonic and I cannot post it to the web. YET.
It is done this way to see what an HVX200 can do when downconverted to SD DVD.
We are just now getting it out, so far about 1000 people have downloaded and burned,
too bad I cannot charge for it.
