Looking for feedback - Promo's Reel

Hi All,
Just wanted to get some feedback (good or bad!) on my reel. Our facility has requested that all editors have reels available, so I figured I should get people that don't know me to comment on it! Be kind, I bruise easily...just kidding of course. I've only been cutting for a few years, so this is my first reel. I'm primarily a promo's guy, so this reel is mostly promos with some examples of graphic/web design work I've done in the past.
