Photoshop Menu Difficulties
by Streetdog on Jul 4, 2006 at 11:20:45 pm

Just installed 5.2.

I cannot get the overlay layer to be seen when making a menu from a Photoshop file. Using Photoshop 6.0 and trying to follow the rules. 2 layers, base art labeled Background, and the Overlay layer is black (0,0,0) on clear and labeled Overlay. Frame size is 720X480, rgb, etc.

I can get layers to work on button objects (Overlay/Image). Anyone have a hint?

Thanks.

Michael

Now I get it. The default transparency on the overlay layer is clear. So it was there, I just couldn't see it. Changed the default, and there you go.
