how to create dvd with sonic dvdit after squeezing with sorenson

This is my first time using sonic dvdit, and I have squeezed my .mov file with sorenson, so my next step would be to use sonic dvdit to create my dvd but I have no clue as to how to go about it so I need step by step including best settings to create a good dvd, or if someone have a tutorial on creating dvd

Your first steps are reading the online manuals. Once you get your feet wet you will get a feel for the application. When you get stuck, and something specific to ask, then ask the group. But you should at least attempt to read the online manual to get yourself started.
