How do I create On Screen Controls for object position?

I am working on a creating a simple rectangle that I would like to move around with an on screen control inside of FCPX.
Is there a way I can rig my position parameters to be adjusted with an on screen control. This will make it easier to move the rectangle around than having to manually adjust my x and y values.
